Airbag Solutions (“Company”) is the owner of the website at http://www.airbagsolutions.com (the “Site”) and the Airbag Solutions database program accessed and used at the Site (the “Program”). Company takes the privacy and security of its licensees and other visitors to the Site seriously. This Privacy Policy is intended to set forth how Company collects, protects, uses and shares personal information that you may provide or that Company otherwise collects upon use of the Site. By your use of the Site and the Program, you agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy is incorporated into Company’s User/License Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy, you should cease using the Site and the Program.

What this Privacy Policy Covers
This Privacy Policy covers Company’s treatment of personally identifiable information that it collects when you subscribe as a licensee of the Program or otherwise are on the Site. This Privacy Policy does not describe information collection and privacy policies of third party sites, including those linked to or from the Site.

Information We Collect
Company collects information, personally identifiable and otherwise, that you give or we otherwise may collect from your use of the Site from time to time, as follows:
Licensee Provided Information. If and when you subscribe to the Program, we will collect various information including personally identifiable information such as your name, email address, residence address, and zip code. You also will be required to provide credit card information.

Use of the Site
Company may collect information in connection with your general use of the Program. Information relating to you also may be collected as part of communications, comments and questions that you send to Company by email or otherwise.

Web Logs/Automatically Collected Information
Company collects information from all visitors to the Site by virtue of their interaction with and on the Site. This information may include your IP address and the browser used. Further, Company may collect information regarding activity on your account, files and information that are accessed by your account.

We use your information to enforce our rights under Company’s User/License Agreement, to ensure that the Site and any communications between you and Company is protected against unauthorized access or use, and to assist in the processing of any transactions between you and Company. Company also may use your information to request feedback to improve the Site and to otherwise carry out the purposes for which your information was provided.

Company does not distribute unsolicited bulk e-mail (also known as spam).

Company takes the security of your personal information seriously and take precautions to secure the information provided to us. Company cannot and does not warrant the security of any information that you submit to us, and you submit such information to us at your own risk.

Other Terms and Conditions
This Privacy Policy and any revisions to it are part of and incorporated by reference into Company’s Use/License Agreement. Any terms defined therein which appear in this Privacy Policy shall have the meanings defined in the User/License Agreement.

Links to Other Websites This Privacy Policy applies solely to information collected by Company. The Site may provide links to websites and content of third parties. Company does not have control over third-party websites and is not responsible for the privacy policies of third-party sites. Any information you provide on a third-party’s website goes to the third party. It is your obligation to familiarize yourself with the third party’s privacy policy.

Changes to Our Privacy Policy
We reserve the right to change or modify this Privacy Policy, in our sole discretion, at any time from time to time. We will notify users by posting the new Privacy Policy on the Site. Your continued use of the Site (including the Program) after we post any change or modification constitutes your agreement thereto. It is your obligation to check for any changes before you provide any information to us. Please check here periodically to review our latest policy. If you do not agree with the Privacy Policy, your recourse is to cease use of the Site and the Program. No change shall be applied retroactively to any information you provided to us before the change. California Privacy Rights
Pursuant to Section 1798.83 of the California Civil Code, residents of California may request certain information regarding disclosure of personal information to third parties for marketing efforts by such third parties. Company does not directly provide any personal information from users of the Site to third parties for purposes of their direct marketing efforts, unless we first obtain your consent.

International Users
The Site is hosted in the United States, and your information will be stored on computers located in the United States. To the extent that you are using the Site from a computer not in the United States, you consent to the transfer to, use in and storage of your information obtained at or from the Site in the United States.
